Getting Started

  1. Add new inquiries to Sales Pipeline the moment they come in — track every lead from first contact to signed contract.
  2. When a lead converts, create their project in Client Projects and link it to their pipeline record.
  3. Break each project into phases in Project Phases — assign due dates and deliverables for every stage.
  4. Add every specified item to FF&E Tracker — link to the client project and the vendor as soon as it's sourced.
  5. Issue invoices in Invoices & Billing at each billing milestone — link every invoice to its project.
  6. Keep Vendor Directory current after every new trade account, rep meeting, or showroom visit.
